A FEW WORDS ABOUT THE COLLEGE
ALKAN Health Science Business and Technology College, formerly known as ALKAN Health Science College, is a private college founded in 2002 by visionary investors as a memorial of Hakim Workineh Eshete, the first and famous former Ethiopian physician.
The college offers undergraduate and technical and vocational trainings in its three campuses namely Addis Ababa campus, Bahirdar campus and Dessie campus. Our undergraduate programs include nursing, pharmacy, public health, accounting and finance, management,marketing management and information technology. The technical and vocational trainings include comprehensive nursing, pharmacy technician, midwifery, medical laboratory technician, animal health, accounting, information technology and surveying.
All undergraduate programs have accreditations from Higher Education Relevance and Quality Agency (HERQA) and all TVET programs are fully accredited by the respective regional/city administration TVET agencies.
